The Assignment
The City of Gothenburg, Örgryte–Härlanda, required a discreet and nature-adapted kindergarten solution that harmonizes with the park-like surroundings at Skårs Allé, offering high operational reliability and a strong working environment.
The Solution
MG Link established a single-story kindergarten of approximately 260 m² with two departments, a serving kitchen, and staff facilities. To enhance site integration, a traditional Falu red façade with white detailing was selected, along with a sedum roof that provides green coverage, manages stormwater, and requires minimal maintenance.
