The Assignment

The City of Gothenburg, Örgryte–Härlanda, required a discreet and nature-integrated preschool solution that blends into the park-like surroundings at Skårs Allé, with high operational reliability and a strong working environment.

The Solution

MG Link delivered a single-story preschool of approximately 260 m² with two departments, a serving kitchen, and staff facilities. To enhance site integration, a traditional Falu red façade with white trim was selected, along with a sedum roof that provides green coverage, manages stormwater, and requires minimal maintenance.
